As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
✅ Assist customers by answering inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
✅ Handle last-minute bookings and provide prompt, clear, and helpful responses to customer questions.
✅ Ensure customers have a seamless and positive experience with our services. You’ll work remotely during weekday business hours and play a crucial role in supporting our students on their journey to success.

✅ Fluent Dutch speaker (proficiency in written and spoken Dutch is essential)
✅ Proven ability to work independently and remotely
✅ Strong multitasking skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
✅ Previous experience in customer service (preferred but not required)
✅ Employment type: Full-time or part-time (24–40 hours per week)
✅ Work schedule: Monday to Friday, business hours
